Requested repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I was really surprised that it only took 2 days to get numerous repairs completed. Technician went over requested repairs with me and immediately suggested a method of repair that the manufacture approved repair shop had used double sided tape to make repair. Mike's hires competent repairmen.

I was going camping in like a day and I had a problem with water leaking somewhere. He said to bring it over (saves me a service chg.) I took it over the next morning and they fixed me right up.

We were very pleased with the service we received and appreciated Mike assessing our whole RV and alerting us to some issues we overlooked. Mike is the real deal! Honest, straightforward and a reasonably priced mobile service!

I highly recommend Mikes Mobile RV Repair. I dropped my RV off Wednesday night, Thursday they diagnosed & ordered parts, they called back Friday that it was fixed and ready to go! Quick, honest, reliable, and great communication throughout! They now have a customer for life!

Mike is a straight-shooter, honest, and was very helpful to us when our RV electrical system was damaged. Although he was too far away to travel to our location the day we needed help, he walked us through troubleshooting our camper so we could fix it ourselves. Called Mike on a Friday morning for a roof leak. Was on-site within 2 hours. No hassle about a service call fee or a ton of paperwork. Leak wasn't fixed, so Monday morning we drove it to his shop. Back to campground and yikes…still leaked. Went back again, 3rd time was the charm. Pesky leak wasn't where we thought. Mike's crew were thorough and very accommodating. As major storms were coming through the area, they were slammed but we were well taken care of. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use Mike and his guys regularly. He was recommended by the campground and Fantasy Tours, who we were there with. Great recommendation!

Wasn't cheap, but they know how to get you out of a jam! Mike was funny and the whole crew was top notch…and got right on it when I brought my motorhome in for a sticking slide. They were on the phone with the factory people and the controller people for my slide for like two hours. We found a solution for me to work my slide until I got back to Florida to have warranty work done.. they also put two new batteries in which gave me more power than I had before. Was traveling to Myrtle beach from Rhode Island. My inverter was faulty. I have a new one on order but went anyway. Stopped in Hershey pa overnight. In morning everything was dead. House and chassis batteries. I called Mike. He answered immediately. Talked me thru the problem and what to do. He sent over one of his service techs promptly and set me up so I could continue my trip. He was prompt. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. We called Mike on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, to ask whether he could come out to diagnose and service our heater. First, he answered the phone even though it was a holiday weekend. Second, even though he was out of the area spending time with his family (could hear the grandkids in the background) he still walked my husband though troubleshooting and tried everything he could to get our heat back on (including viewing videos my husband sent him). The problem could not be repaired remotely so we dropped off our RV at his shop on Sunday and he promised to start the repair when the shop opened on Tuesday, after the holiday. He completed the repair by Wednesday afternoon and we were able to get back on the road. In this day and age when good customer service is scarce, Mike deserves high praise. We never expected him to try and help us over the phone, on a holiday weekend, while he was spending time with his family, at no charge! We also never expected to have the repair completed so fast. Mike has gained our loyalty for any future service or repairs.

These guys got me in and out very fast at a reasonable price. Replaced top seal on my slide out. This is the first time I used mikes. He has a new loyal customer.

Kevin and Joe were able to quickly diagnose and repair my three-way refrigerator in my pop-up. It was not working on propane. Both are knowledgeable and professional. Recommend. Thanks a lot guys.

Wonderful find on a Sunday! Even though he wasn't open he took the time to ask us to send him pictures and he explained everything to us . He assured us that we would be find until we could get where we were going and then told us where to buy parts and how to fix it . Wow what a wonderful phone call.

We needed a new awning after a storm, And we called around, he said he would do his best to get it done quickly so we could start camping, his price was the best!!!! And he had it done in two days, as soon as the fabric was here he was working on it!!!! Beatify job!!!! We will always call him from now on!!!!! Opening of camping season we open our trailer only to find severe water damage. We called Mike's Mobile Rv and he answer the phone no leaving a message. He came to site the very next day! Mike's evaluated the damage worked up very fair estimate and even made appointment to tow our trailer to his shop. Less then 2 weeks our trailer was beautifully restored and he even delivered our trailer. We are very grateful to Mike's professional work and his above and beyond service. Outstanding work. I had a bad slide motor and couldn't figure it out. Had one place tell me it would take a couple months and a ton of money. Mike's got to my house within 24 hours, assessed the problem and got the slide fixed for about 1/4 of the price. Couldn't be happier.

I needed inspection and a good wash. They got the job done for me ASAP and at a reasonable price. My camper looks brand new. Unbelievable. I highly recommend them.

Could not be happier with the prompt service I received. Called them at 7 AM and Kevin came at 10 AM that same day. Kevin was so focused on fixing the problem and made sure my motorhome was in working order before he left. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Had a wheel bearing blow in our 25' RV camper shortly after departing on day 2 from upstate NY. Mike came to our breakdown location on his Sunday afternoon and had us rolling again the following day. Nobody wants to need a mobile RV service but I am glad they were able to help me with my broken slide room. It wasn't cheap, but good service rarely is.

The level of expertise is understated. Not only did they rush out but got a very bad situation fixed in a few hours. I can't believe he had parts on had to add to it. Awning repairs can be troublesome Mike I can't thank you enough.

Mike was one of the best RV guys I've ever worked with. I normally try to fix everything myself but when I hit that wall and was struggling when my heater went out before the single digits came for 2 days straight here in December and was freezing in my home. Mike offered some great help. He helped me get it fix and I was so greatful for his help and advise, he helped me get the part but he advised me to recheck the parts I just switched before I ordered the next step and got my furnace running again. If I ever had any issues again, he's the first person I'm calling to solve any of my problems! I know in the spring I'm getting him out to fix a few things even though I'm a bit far on his area but he was so awesome in helping me out. I can't thank him enough! 4 days of no heat and he got it fixed for me and it was budget friendly! Great service, great guy, and he's my go to for everything now!!!

Mike and his team are so kind, work quickly and even gave us a ride when it was time to pick up the camper. By far the best RV repair experience we have had.

Mike's been great. I first called him last fall. He diagnosed the problem over the phone at no charge and I was able to get it fixed under the warranty at our dealer. More recently, we had work done to improve the camper. His team did a great job on a range of issues from replacing the refrigerator and bathroom and shower fans to making cosmetic adjustments. And he fixed our thermostat and replaced our door lock at no charge. Many thanks!

We are SO thankful we were able to reach Mike and have him install a new inverter in our Newmar Dutch Star as we were en route through York! What a blessing he was to us! From answering the initial call, to setting up a time and location for us to meet (since we were all mobile), to being timely, and being efficient and quick in getting the job done! We had been making calls and trying to get assistance for over a week between Winchester and Harrisburg and even tried to go into the DC metro area and no one could help us. My slide room got stuck half in and half out after trying to replace the old motor and gearbox with a junk replacement ordered on Amazon, a different story. Since I was stuck and couldn't get an OEM motor in a timely fashion, I called Mike's Mobile RV on a Saturday evening. He answered and talked me through my options. I was in a time crunch so he agreed to come out to my location on Sunday to get me taken care of. He and his second Tech arrived right on time, they listened to me and got right to work. The work was done quickly with a new part they had in stock and everything worked great. A mobile service call is expensive but they need to be compensated for their time. I think it was reasonable, par with any plumber or electrician who comes to your home. Their hourly rate is better than his competitors. The stand out from this experience was the service. Very accommodating and has me ready for my next trip! He even gave me some other recommendations to help better care for my RV. I will certainly be using hm for my RV service needs in the future!

Family vacation Hersheys PA and had trouble with bedroom slide. Contacted and left message and he returned call. What a great experience! Mike and Kevin were prompt, thorough and efficient. We were so happy that we did not have to pull the campers out and take them somewhere to be serviced as we are in a permanent campground. They were able to do all three campers, cleaned and sealed. And then the girls came and did a thorough washing. They were great with advise to us and to the phone calls they received while here. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Rarely do you call a business and the owner starts by saying "let's see if we can save you some money". We were camping in Gettysburg when our water pump started acting up. Mike walked me through trouble shooting the problem and fixed the issue over the phone! He saved us the cost of a mobile visit. He will definitely be our go-to from now on when we are in this area. My interior LP/Elec. refrigerator needed to be replaced (August 2025). Mike and his team were easy to work with and communicated well. They ordered the new fridge the same day I dropped off a check and had it done and ready to pick up the next business day. Mike also helped me through the warranty claim process. Mike is our hero. We called him on Monday for our 2021 camper ac failure. He said we could bring it to his shop and he would diagnose Tuesday AM. He did exactly what he said and he called me with the update that our AC was shot. Luckily it was under warranty so Mike called our warranty company for us and got it approved the same day. He ordered the new AC Tuesday and had our camper done Wednesday by 4pm so we could pick it up for our camping trip Thursday. He was very patient and kind and worked well with our warranty company. When we picked up the camper he even gave us recommendations on how to switch our hook up set up. Highly recommend! Our fridge died in our camper at only 4 years old. Mike returned our call and walked us through options. Came out on a Sunday afternoon to look at things. New fridge installed the following Saturday. Kevin and another assistant winterized my camper and I am very pleased. They were friendly and helpful explaining things about my camper's water heater that I didn't understand. Thank you! I I don't think the service was as extensive as what was expected because I have a small travel trailer and I had to pay in advance so I don't know how the price is compared to other companies. If I could give Mike more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, he truly deserves it! We've been traveling from Florida to New Hampshire and back, and for over a week and a half, we've had no hot water. In below-freezing temperatures, we've been microwaving water in Tupperware to take makeshift baths. Even while on vacation with his family, Mike went above and beyond. He spent over an hour on the phone with us, patiently diagnosing the issue and walking us through potential solutions. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, we were able to pinpoint the problem and secure the circuit board needed to get our hot water running again. We have nothing but praise for Mike's Mobile RV! Mike, and his skilled technician, came out, on site, and replaced our dining room slide-out floor all in the same day on our 2014 Cruiser Enterra. In a period of time where RV service has gotten worse as dealers are not staffed to do on site repairs, it was absolutely wonderful to find Mikes Mobile RV....so knowledgeable, could get the job completed as scheduled, took pride in what they were doing, performed well, and got it all completed right on our seasonal camp site!

We were driving through the farmlands of Pennsylvania when the side door on our cargo trailer started flapping in the breeze. It was 3:15 on a Friday afternoon. Doing my final check before taking the family on a beach trip for a week when I discovered my trailer tires were starting to dry rot. One was simply not safe to drive on. Very unfortunate timing as we were supposed to leave that day. Mike was the only RV place open on a Sunday. We came up with a plan to get new tires and he was going to fit me in his schedule. I ended up being able to handle the issue myself and didn't even see Mike, but his advice, conversation, and willingness to help out in a pinch was greatly appreciated. Wow I can't say enough about Mike. I called him Friday of Memorial Weekend on our way to the campground in hopes of being able to have him come look at our camper refrigerator. Understandably, he didn't have any openings for that weekend. Instead he took the time to help talk me through diagnosing what the problem may be. Best service call ever! Mike was willing and able to troubleshoot and fix over the phone using my tools and hands, was super easy as he walked me through everything. No charge at all! Mike and his team are great! Our 2018 Grand Design 2600rb got us stranded and they came out the same day to save us! They had parts on the truck for a temporary fix, but our issue (slide rack broke) needed to special order parts to fully fix the problem. They let us park the trailer at their facility and handled ordering the parts for us, and fixed it so it was 'smooth as glass!' They're friendly, professional, and get the job done! I called Mike's RV repair about my furnace. My furnace would start to blow and wouldn't ignite the furnace in this 22 degrees temperature. Mike knew exactly what I was taking about over the phone. I called Mike's mobile rv about a problem with my lithium battery momentarily shutting down. It was a holiday weekend and he answered the phone! He said he was unable to send a tech but asked what the problem was. He quickly diagnosed the problem and an easy fix which he walked me through! He saved my extended trip! We had a Hydrolic issue with our Leveling system. I called Forest River and got Mike's Mobile service. They came to us , in about 90 minutes and checked for the issue and found it, fixed it in about 45 minutes. GREAT Job , Mike was very professional and personal. We will be using them again. Mike told me they can winterize, inspect and wash my coach, at my house to close it up for the winter. To me, they are a one stop shoe for RV maintenance. I Highly Recommend them. Thanks again Mike

I want to let everyone know who has an rv My husband and I were camping over the Fourth of July. Our AC unit stopped working. This was 830 at night. We called Mike's RV in Dillsburg and ask him if he had time to look at our RV AC unit he told us to do some things to check it to save us from having to pay for a service charge. He told our son In law, what to try to fix it. Thanks to Mike. Our AC unit was fixed. Vacation was terrific and I have never in my whole life of Camping starting in 1975 to present. Had anyone give you free advice. If you're ever in need of repairs, go to Mike's RV in Dillsburg.

We were unable to leave the campground bc our 2 front jacks wouldn't go up. We called Mike's Mobile RV. Mike answered right away and tried to help us fix the issue over the phone. After about 20 mins of trying to help, he came over late on a Sunday night and was able to fix the problem within 45 mins. He provided us with helpful tips and references. I would highly recommend Mikes Mobile RV!

We had an emergent issue with our 5th wheel jacks. We called a few places at 5:01 pm with no answer. Mike answered and patiently troubleshot our system into a manual override to allow us to continue. Very helpful on the phone, didn't mention money at all - I had to text to ask for an invoice and I haven't heard back. Thank you, Mike!

Mike was SPECTACULAR!!! Came immediately to our rescue even with the 100 degree temperatures. We had a broken leaf spring on our travel trailer and could not go anywhere until it was fixed. Contacted Mike when I noticed that the bottom cover on my 5th wheel collapsed upon returning from a trip. He responded the same day with an estimate for the repairs. Mike and his team did great doing my insurance claim for a tire blow out on my camper. He came out right away with no delay. He put the insurance estimate together quickly. Fair pricing and great to work with.

Our residential refrigerator died last summer in our destination trailer. No one would come out to help remove and install a new refrigerator because the slide window needed to be taken out to get the old refrigerator out and new one in. Met Mike about 3 weeks ago while he was doing a job at Mountain Creek Campground. Mike came out and looked at what was needed to do the job, and said he could do the job. Mike and Rob came out yesterday and completed the job. Mike had our new refrigerator installed within 3 weeks of giving us an estimate. I recently called Mike to help service an air conditioning unit in my RV that was only blowing hot air. He was immediately responsive and offered to come out that afternoon. In contrast, I called two other local techs recommended by the Campground we were staying at. One never called back and the other called back much later. As it turned out, I asked to have him come out the next morning. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and explained everything. He even educated me on the system and suggested regular maintenance I could do on my own. Great service. Strong knowledge and experience Extremely friendly and helpful. Called Mike once I started having issues with my slides and awning. Instead of coming to the campground and billing me for it. He walked me through fixing it myself and refused to accept a payment from me via venmo, paypal, etc., even after asking a few times. Very rarely do you come across service this high quality while. We arrived in town for the RV show. Around 8pm our 12v refrigerator stopped working. I called Mike. He was very helpful and guilded us to getting it working. He checked on us the next day. Called Mike to see about getting the camper. He walked us through some of the options to figure out how to repair it on our own. Super flexible, offered us to come diagnose it on Saturday and Sunday. I wish there were more then 5 stars. We having a breaking issue and at time when pulling our 5th wheel we would not have breaks. After being turned away from camping world (which told us earlier the problem is our truck). We called Mike's mobile on Monday and told him we were to leave for Maine on Thursday he made arrangements for us to take our camper to a repair shop. Because of Mike we will be able to make our trip to Maine as planned. We cannot thank him enough. He was more interested in helping a customer make a planned trip then money.

Mike is one of the kindest people I've met as of late. We called him in desperation due to black tank fumes making their way into the rv through our AC. ( the others sent me to VM) I could not get my electric awning to retract in we we're packed up to check out and couldn't leave with the awning fully out. Let me tell you something about Mike, he is amazing. As I write this we're parked in our RV with an issue. Mike listened to our situation, looked over photos, diagnosed the issue, and gave us a variety of ways to fix the issue and even offered to stay on the phone for however long we needed to try to fix it ourselves. He empathized with the fact that there's a family of 4 plus 2 dogs currently out of commission due to a malfunction and has gone out of his way to make sure we're safe, taken care of, and informed on what went wrong, how it can be corrected, and what to look out for in the future

It's been a hard week for us. We lost our kitty of 17 years and we have a 4 day camping trip planned and noticed the fridge wasn't working in the rv. So we called Mike, he was actually near us, he was going to come out and take a look at things, however, it dawned on us that the RV wasn't level and that could be why the fridge wasn't working. So then Mike gave us a call and over the phone explained to us everything and he went above and beyond and told us a few more things because this is only our second time taking the RV out. He was phenomenal and absolutely amazing even though he was busy. We will be using him again in the future if we need an RV guy!

We are from Georgia and I work as a medical traveler. Our AC unit was not cooling properly. Also our electric hot water heater was not heating. Sent message on his web site and he responded very quickly. We spoke on phone this morning, telling him the two problems we had. He came out the same afternoon to our camper and fixed both problems. He played with our dog which made her very happy to play and help him. Hope we don't have to use his services again but if we do, I will give him a call again. Very friendly and polite.

We are visiting Penn from TX. Our inverter went out on our RV. It's 90° out, and we had no electric. Everyone we called was "Sorry for your bad luck, we can be there in a day or two." Mike, however, took our problem seriously, helped us diagnose it over the phone, walked us step by step through what the problems could be and the causes, and told us how to do a test to see if we could fix it or decide if it needed another answer. Fortunately, it worked, and we were able to get the wires cleaned and electricity back to the RV. He stayed on the phone patiently with us for a full 20 minutes diagnosing our situation. The others we called didn't act like they cared at all, but Mike got us fixed - over the phone! 5 stars for sure!

From initial discussions, to estimate, and throughout the repair Mike was great to work with. He repaired a slide issue and checked out a few other minor problems. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and will be my first call for future repairs.

Completely professional from the time he answered the phone thru completion of the job, showed up for what we thought would be an easy repair, wasn't the case. We were passing thru York, PA just for 2 nights. 10 miles from our destination someone backed into our travel trailer at the Turkey Hill. The tail light/signal went out, but was not broken. Called Mike on a Friday morning for a roof leak. Was on-site within 2 hours. No hassle about a service call fee or a ton of paperwork. Leak wasn't fixed, so Monday morning we drove it to his shop. Back to campground and yikes…still leaked. Went back again, 3rd time was the charm. Pesky leak wasn't where we thought. Mike's crew were thorough and very accommodating. As major storms were coming through the area, they were slammed but we were well taken care of. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use Mike and his guys regularly. Wasn't cheap, but they know how to get you out of a jam! Mike was funny and the whole crew was top notch…and got right on it when I brought my motorhome in for a sticking slide. We found a solution for me to work my slide until I got back to Florida to have warranty work done.. they also put two new batteries in which gave me more power than I had before. Was traveling to Myrtle beach from Rhode Island. My inverter was faulty. I have a new one on order but went anyway. Stopped in Hershey pa overnight. In morning everything was dead. We called Mike on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, to ask whether he could come out to diagnose and service our heater. First, he answered the phone even though it was a holiday weekend. Second, even though he was out of the area spending time with his family (could hear the grandkids in the background) he still walked my husband though troubleshooting and tried everything he could to get our heat back on (including viewing videos my husband sent him). The problem could not be repaired remotely so we dropped off our RV at his shop on Sunday and he promised to start the repair when the shop opened on Tuesday, after the holiday. He completed the repair by Wednesday afternoon and we were able to get back on the road. In this day and age when good customer service is scarce, Mike deserves high praise. We never expected him to try and help us over the phone, on a holiday weekend, while he was spending time with his family, at no charge! We also never expected to have the repair completed so fast. Mike has gained our loyalty for any future service or repairs.

Opening of camping season we open our trailer only to find severe water damage. We called Mike's Mobile Rv and he answer the phone no leaving a message. He came to site the very next day! Outstanding work. I had a bad slide motor and couldn't figure it out. Had one place tell me it would take a couple months and a ton of money. Mike's got to my house within 24 hours, assessed the problem and got the slide fixed for about 1/4 of the price. Couldn't be happier.

Nobody wants to need a mobile RV service but I am glad they were able to help me with my broken slide room. It wasn't cheap, but good service rarely is.

The level of expertise is understated. Not only did they rush out but got a very bad situation fixed in a few hours. I can't believe he had parts on had to add to it. Awning repairs can be troublesome Mike I can't thank you enough.

Our furnace quit working this morning. Called Mike's got a quick call back. Tech arrived a couple of hours later and we were toasty in no time. Keeps parts in stock and on the service truck. Highly recommend!

Mike was one of the best RV guys I've ever worked with. I normally try to fix everything myself but when I hit that wall and was struggling when my heater went out before the single digits came for 2 days straight here in December and was freezing in my home. Mike offered some great help. He helped me get it fix and I was so greatful for his help and advise, he helped me get the part but he advised me to recheck the parts I just switched before I ordered the next step and got my furnace running again. If I ever had any issues again, he's the first person I'm calling to solve any of my problems! I know in the spring I'm getting him out to fix a few things even though I'm a bit far on his area but he was so awesome in helping me out. I can't thank him enough! 4 days of no heat and he got it fixed for me and it was budget friendly! Great service, great guy, and he's my go to for everything now!!!

Mike's been great. I first called him last fall. He diagnosed the problem over the phone at no charge and I was able to get it fixed under the warranty at our dealer. More recently, we had work done to improve the camper. His team did a great job on a range of issues from replacing the refrigerator and bathroom and shower fans to making cosmetic adjustments. And he fixed our thermostat and replaced our door lock at no charge. Many thanks!

We are SO thankful we were able to reach Mike and have him install a new inverter in our Newmar Dutch Star as we were en route through York! What a blessing he was to us! From answering the initial call, to setting up a time and location for us to meet (since we were all mobile), to being timely, and being efficient and quick in getting the job done! My slide room got stuck half in and half out after trying to replace the old motor and gearbox with a junk replacement ordered on Amazon, a different story. Since I was stuck and couldn't get an OEM motor in a timely fashion, I called Mike's Mobile RV on a Saturday evening. He answered and talked me through my options. I was in a time crunch so he agreed to come out to my location on Sunday to get me taken care of. He and his second Tech arrived right on time, they listened to me and got right to work. The work was done quickly with a new part they had in stock and everything worked great. A mobile service call is expensive but they need to be compensated for their time. I think it was reasonable, par with any plumber or electrician who comes to your home. Their hourly rate is better than his competitors. The stand out from this experience was the service. Very accommodating and has me ready for my next trip! He even gave me some other recommendations to help better care for my RV. I will certainly be using hm for my RV service needs in the future!

Family vacation Hersheys PA and had trouble with bedroom slide. Contacted and left message and he returned call. What a great experience! Mike and Kevin were prompt, thorough and efficient. We were so happy that we did not have to pull the campers out and take them somewhere to be serviced as we are in a permanent campground. They were able to do all three campers, cleaned and sealed. And then the girls came and did a thorough washing. They were great with advise to us and to the phone calls they received while here. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Rarely do you call a business and the owner starts by saying "let's see if we can save you some money". We were camping in Gettysburg when our water pump started acting up. My interior LP/Elec. refrigerator needed to be replaced (August 2025). Mike and his team were easy to work with and communicated well. They ordered the new fridge the same day I dropped off a check and had it done and ready to pick up the next business day. Mike also helped me through the warranty claim process. Mike is our hero. We called him on Monday for our 2021 camper ac failure. He said we could bring it to his shop and he would diagnose Tuesday AM. He did exactly what he said and he called me with the update that our AC was shot. Luckily it was under warranty so Mike called our warranty company for us and got it approved the same day. He ordered the new AC Tuesday and had our camper done Wednesday by 4pm so we could pick it up for our camping trip Thursday. He was very patient and kind and worked well with our warranty company. When we picked up the camper he even gave us recommendations on how to switch our hook up set up. Highly recommend! Our fridge died in our camper at only 4 years old. Mike returned our call and walked us through options. Came out on a Sunday afternoon to look at things. New fridge installed the following Saturday. If I could give Mike more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, he truly deserves it! We've been traveling from Florida to New Hampshire and back, and for over a week and a half, we've had no hot water. In below-freezing temperatures, we've been microwaving water in Tupperware to take makeshift baths. Even while on vacation with his family, Mike went above and beyond. He spent over an hour on the phone with us, patiently diagnosing the issue and walking us through potential solutions. We have nothing but praise for Mike's Mobile RV! Mike, and his skilled technician, came out, on site, and replaced our dining room slide-out floor all in the same day on our 2014 Cruiser Enterra. We were driving through the farmlands of Pennsylvania when the side door on our cargo trailer started flapping in the breeze. It was 3:15 on a Friday afternoon. Doing my final check before taking the family on a beach trip for a week when I discovered my trailer tires were starting to dry rot. One was simply not safe to drive on. Very unfortunate timing as we were supposed to leave that day. Mike was the only RV place open on a Sunday. We came up with a plan to get new tires and he was going to fit me in his schedule. I ended up being able to handle the issue myself and didn't even see Mike, but his advice, conversation, and willingness to help out in a pinch was greatly appreciated. Wow I can't say enough about Mike. I called him Friday of Memorial Weekend on our way to the campground in hopes of being able to have him come look at our camper refrigerator. Understandably, he didn't have any openings for that weekend. Instead he took the time to help talk me through diagnosing what the problem may be. Best service call ever! Mike was willing and able to troubleshoot and fix over the phone using my tools and hands, was super easy as he walked me through everything. No charge at all! Mike and his team are great! Our 2018 Grand Design 2600rb got us stranded and they came out the same day to save us! They had parts on the truck for a temporary fix, but our issue (slide rack broke) needed to special order parts to fully fix the problem. They let us park the trailer at their facility and handled ordering the parts for us, and fixed it so it was 'smooth as glass!' They're friendly, professional, and get the job done! I called Mike's RV repair about my furnace. My furnace would start to blow and wouldn't ignite the furnace in this 22 degrees temperature. Mike knew exactly what I was taking about over the phone. I called Mike's mobile rv about a problem with my lithium battery momentarily shutting down. It was a holiday weekend and he answered the phone! He said he was unable to send a tech but asked what the problem was. He quickly diagnosed the problem and an easy fix which he walked me through! He saved my extended trip! We had a Hydrolic issue with our Leveling system. I called Forest River and got Mike's Mobile service. They came to us , in about 90 minutes and checked for the issue and found it, fixed it in about 45 minutes. GREAT Job , Mike was very professional and personal. We will be using them again. Mike told me they can winterize, inspect and wash my coach, at my house to close it up for the winter. To me, they are a one stop shoe for RV maintenance. I Highly Recommend them. Thanks again Mike

I want to let everyone know who has an rv My husband and I were camping over the Fourth of July. Our AC unit stopped working. This was 830 at night. We called Mike's RV in Dillsburg and ask him if he had time to look at our RV AC unit he told us to do some things to check it to save us from having to pay for a service charge. He told our son In law, what to try to fix it. Thanks to Mike. Our AC unit was fixed. Vacation was terrific and I have never in my whole life of Camping starting in 1975 to present. Had anyone give you free advice. If you're ever in need of repairs, go to Mike's RV in Dillsburg.

We were unable to leave the campground bc our 2 front jacks wouldn't go up. We called Mike's Mobile RV. Mike answered right away and tried to help us fix the issue over the phone. After about 20 mins of trying to help, he came over late on a Sunday night and was able to fix the problem within 45 mins. He provided us with helpful tips and references. We had an emergent issue with our 5th wheel jacks. We called a few places at 5:01 pm with no answer. Mike answered and patiently troubleshot our system into a manual override to allow us to continue. Very helpful on the phone, didn't mention money at all - I had to text to ask for an invoice and I haven't heard back. Thank you, Mike!

Mike was SPECTACULAR!!! Came immediately to our rescue even with the 100 degree temperatures. We had a broken leaf spring on our travel trailer and could not go anywhere until it was fixed. Contacted Mike when I noticed that the bottom cover on my 5th wheel collapsed upon returning from a trip. He responded the same day with an estimate for the repairs. He was immediately responsive to my call when we were in a bind, and talked me through multiple scenarios to identify the problem. As it happens, the problem corrected itself, and when I told him I wouldn't need his services after all, Mike called me back to make sure I had the info I needed to fix it if it came up again. Mike and his team did great doing my insurance claim for a tire blow out on my camper. He came out right away with no delay. He put the insurance estimate together quickly. Fair pricing and great to work with.

Our residential refrigerator died last summer in our destination trailer. No one would come out to help remove and install a new refrigerator because the slide window needed to be taken out to get the old refrigerator out and new one in. Met Mike about 3 weeks ago while he was doing a job at Mountain Creek Campground. Mike came out and looked at what was needed to do the job, and said he could do the job. Mike and Rob came out yesterday and completed the job. Mike had our new refrigerator installed within 3 weeks of giving us an estimate. Definitely recommend Mike's Mobile RV for any work you need done.

I recently called Mike to help service an air conditioning unit in my RV that was only blowing hot air. He was immediately responsive and offered to come out that afternoon. In contrast, I called two other local techs recommended by the Campground we were staying at. One never called back and the other called back much later. As it turned out, I asked to have him come out the next morning. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and explained everything. He even educated me on the system and suggested regular maintenance I could do on my own. Great service. Strong knowledge and experience Extremely friendly and helpful. Called Mike once I started having issues with my slides and awning. Instead of coming to the campground and billing me for it. He walked me through fixing it myself and refused to accept a payment from me via venmo, paypal, etc., even after asking a few times. Very rarely do you come across service this high quality while. We arrived in town for the RV show. Around 8pm our 12v refrigerator stopped working. I called Mike. He was very helpful and guilded us to getting it working. He checked on us the next day. What great customer service. He never asked for any money. It's nice to know there are still great people willing to help strangers. If you need any RV repairs... Called Mike to see about getting the camper. He walked us through some of the options to figure out how to repair it on our own. Super flexible, offered us to come diagnose it on Saturday and Sunday. If we can't fix it on our, based on his responsiveness and flexibility, I'd not hesitate to call or pay him.

We can't thank Mike enough and would highly recommend him! We were in our travel trailer for our son's wedding where we were then heading to Montana afterwards. I noticed our Flagstaff's brakes were squishy at best. Mike immediately took my call and helped talk me through the diagnosis. Given the wedding, our tight timeframe, and the fact Mike was not in the immediate area, he very kindly was able to find a reputable local RV repair shop that was able to perform the brake repairs! I wish there were more then 5 stars. We having a breaking issue and at time when pulling our 5th wheel we would not have breaks. After being turned away from camping world (which told us earlier the problem is our truck). We called Mike's mobile on Monday and told him we were to leave for Maine on Thursday he made arrangements for us to take our camper to a repair shop. Because of Mike we will be able to make our trip to Maine as planned. We cannot thank him enough. He was more interested in helping a customer make a planned trip then money.

Mike is one of the kindest people I've met as of late. We called him in desperation due to black tank fumes making their way into the rv through our AC. Mike took the time to call us back even though it was after hours. He was so helpful and patient, not interested in taking our money because he was certain it was a simple fix that he could talk us through over the phone. As a family of 6 on one income that was a huge blessing. He is kind, honest and has integrity. They were quick with a response and timeframe to service my toy hauler, they were efficient and promised a return in time for a Memorial Day camping trip, which they delivered. One part was on back order so they came to my residence and replaced it after our camping trip. Friendly, efficient and quality work.

Mike has definitely gained my families trust and this 5 star review. I called him early morning on a Monday and he answered. ( the others sent me to VM) I could not get my electric awning to retract in we we're packed up to check out and couldn't leave with the awning fully out. I sent Mike Pictures of the awning motor ( the part was unavailable) and he got back to me and explained step by step over the phone on how to get the awning removed from the arms and then get it re- wrapped and secured to the camper so we we're able to get on the road. Let me tell you something about Mike, he is amazing. As I write this we're parked in our RV with an issue. Mike listened to our situation, looked over photos, diagnosed the issue, and gave us a variety of ways to fix the issue and even offered to stay on the phone for however long we needed to try to fix it ourselves. He empathized with the fact that there's a family of 4 plus 2 dogs currently out of commission due to a malfunction and has gone out of his way to make sure we're safe, taken care of, and informed on what went wrong, how it can be corrected, and what to look out for in the future

It's been a hard week for us. We lost our kitty of 17 years and we have a 4 day camping trip planned and noticed the fridge wasn't working in the rv. So we called Mike, he was actually near us, he was going to come out and take a look at things, however, it dawned on us that the RV wasn't level and that could be why the fridge wasn't working. So then Mike gave us a call and over the phone explained to us everything and he went above and beyond and told us a few more things because this is only our second time taking the RV out. He was phenomenal and absolutely amazing even though he was busy. We will be using him again in the future if we need an RV guy!

We are from Georgia and I work as a medical traveler. Our AC unit was not cooling properly. Also our electric hot water heater was not heating. Sent message on his web site and he responded very quickly. We spoke on phone this morning, telling him the two problems we had. He came out the same afternoon to our camper and fixed both problems. He played with our dog which made her very happy to play and help him. Hope we don't have to use his services again but if we do, I will give him a call again. Very friendly and polite.

We are visiting Penn from TX. Our inverter went out on our RV. It's 90° out, and we had no electric. Everyone we called was "Sorry for your bad luck, we can be there in a day or two." Mike, however, took our problem seriously, helped us diagnose it over the phone, walked us step by step through what the problems could be and the causes, and told us how to do a test to see if we could fix it or decide if it needed another answer. Fortunately, it worked, and we were able to get the wires cleaned and electricity back to the RV. He stayed on the phone patiently with us for a full 20 minutes diagnosing our situation. The others we called didn't act like they cared at all, but Mike got us fixed - over the phone! 5 stars for sure!

From initial discussions, to estimate, and throughout the repair Mike was great to work with. He repaired a slide issue and checked out a few other minor problems. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and will be my first call for future repairs.

We called Camping World and they gave us Mike's number.. because they don't do walk ins to be fixed you need to get on the schedule. Mike was very helpful on telling us what we needed to do.Even tho he had a full days work he would be willing to fit us in at the end of the day..We called the place and it was only 6.2 miles from where we were and we made it there.. You don't find people willing to take the time to help but it's worth calling Mike ..full of knowledge and where to send you to get the help you need.. Completely professional from the time he answered the phone thru completion of the job, showed up for what we thought would be an easy repair, wasn't the case. He stayed patient and completed all repairs above and beyond, took his time and walk me thru different aspects of my camper. I strongly recommend Mike, worth every penny.

We were passing thru York, PA just for 2 nights. 10 miles from our destination someone backed into our travel trailer at the Turkey Hill. The tail light/signal went out, but was not broken. The next day I reached out to Mike who was about ready to board a plane for the weekend. He talked me thru what to do, sent a picture of my LED to the supply house to see if it was in stock, and told me to call him back to troubleshoot after he landed if I had more problems. I would have this guy work on my RV in a skinny minute! What a nice person!

Called this gentleman when there was no power to any of the sockets.( after checking all the fuses) He right away knew exactly what to look for and told me over the phone without hesitation. I dont even know were to start .
